Melissa BozarthVice President, Process Improvement Manager at Extraco Banks
Melissa has more than fourteen years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in business analysis, information technology, lean/process improvement, project scheduling/coordination and project management. She is responsible for leading Extraco’s LEAN Committee, facilitating savings across the bank, and for tracking success for both hard dollar and soft dollar savings as Extraco continues to focus on process improvement. By utilizing a LEAN methodology, the focus is kept on the bank’s customers, both external and internal. Melissa serves on the Innovation, Technology and Credit Modernization Committees for Extraco Banks. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia Southern University. Melissa has attained three certifications centered on process improvement or lean: Lean Six Sigma Sensei from Villanova University in 2011, ITIL in 2012 from PeopleCert and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2014 from Villanova University.
